Andrew Rock is an experienced project manager and a skilled and practiced training consultant. As well as developing and running many in-house and public courses, Andrew works alongside organizations to help them implement methods such as PRINCE2®.

Andrew has over 20 years' experience as a project manager and working in programme and project management environments. He has worked on sensitive and high risk Government projects within the National Probation Directorate. He was Project Manager responsible for establishing Approved Premises (Hostels) which involved sensitive stakeholder management, procurement of premises, determining and procuring IT requirements, staffing of the premises, and operational capabilities.

Between 1985 and 1997, Andrew managed a number of projects which contributed to the strategic goals of BT, as it went through rapid, challenging and dynamic change. Andrew's ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with both clients and team members ensured that his projects usually met customer expectations.

Andrew joined pearcemayfield in March 2004 as a Consultant Trainer responsible for PRINCE2® and project management training delivery, the provision of consultancy solutions and client management. As part of his PRINCE2 Trainer responsibilities, Andrew is also pearcemayfield's Lead Trainer and Course Owner acting as an interface with the APM Group. On a wider basis he also responsibility for establishing and monitoring the company's Quality Management System.

Andrew gained his qualification as an MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practitioner in 2005, and in 2008 became an accredited trainer in the Principles of Change Management.

Andrew has managed the Mars Group internal project management course across Europe since May 2006 and developed the pearcemayfield relationship with this blue-chip client. He has also delivered PRINCE2 courses for many other key clients, such as DHL in Prague and Carphone Warehouse.
