Bob is a law graduate with over three decades experience of both public and private companies in roles as diverse as Business Development, Sales, Training and as CEO/Managing Partner. Bob has held Directorships for nearly two decades. In that time he has led four successful business start ups.

For the last eleven years he has been running his own business and focused exclusively on delivering strategy creation and execution using the principles, techniques and methodologies of what was then Value Innovation and is now known as Blue Ocean Strategy. He is one of a very small community of qualified Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) practitioners, and a member of the Blue Ocean Strategy Network. He is one of only three members of BOSN who have delivered a Tipping Point Implementation Programme.

BOS clients Bob has worked with include Thomas Cook (UK Plc – Travel Industry – two programmes), Norwich Union (UK Plc – Insurance Industry – two programmes), House Builders Federation (the link between the UK New Homes industry and Government – one programme) and McCarthy & Stone (UK Plc - New Homes Industry – three programmes). He was part of a small group invited to INSEAD by Professor Mauborgne to attend a seminar for the Board of Samsung.

Bob is currently working with a significant international Plc to deliver Blue Oceans, whilst also working in Denmark with an offshoot of Ernst & Young, and with clients in Italy.

He was the keynote speaker/facilitator at a BOS seminar for IBM Europe's top marketing talent team, and was also the Keynote speaker at an international conference in Italy on behalf of Persona GLOBAL.

Before embarking on his current career, Bob led the team responsible for highly successful corporate culture change programme at British Airways in the 1990's. Sir Colin (now Lord) Marshall hailed it as 'our most successful ever change programme'.
